PHIL STuEN
Phil has over 25 years of professional design & construction experience. The son of a custom home builder, his work ethic was instilled at an early age packing lumber across job sites. Following undergraduate school, he worked for a local custom home builder where he built over 40 custom homes. His next calling would be a Masters in Architecture. One foot firmly planted in the practicality of construction and the other driven to push the extents of form and possibilities. This is the hinge pin for Dephiance Design Build LLC.

Prior to attending New York Institute of Art & Design, Carissa has loved refinishing antiques, repurposing fun yard sale finds, and refreshing the look and feel of her (and friends) homes and spaces. Persistent to find the perfect color harmonies and spaces for special somethings.
When she's not tinkering around her home and garden, she's the interior wing-woman, and wife to Phil. She will compile your love lists and turn it into reality; from lighting, floors, finishes, fixtures, paint, stain to cabinetry!

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
anthon clapp
Anthon has over 30 years of construction experience across almost every trade the industry has to offer. Most of his experience ranges from full Custom Homes, Residential Remodels and a few larger Commercial Projects. He enjoys the challenge that comes with a one of a kind project. A perfect fit with Dephiance Design Build LLC as so many of our designs produce unique opportunities to flex this muscle.
